Winter Ride is a great late-winter escape, a relaxed multisport event suitable for all levels of biking. Each day ride to different locations in the St. Marys area and visit such attractions as Cumberland Island, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, and Kings Bay Submarine Base. Each night’s stay is in hotels. Non-riders are also welcomed.

Gear up for the Friends of Crooked River State Park Family-Friendly Bicycle Poker Ride Saturday, March 6, 2021.
A fun bicycle ride, with five stops throughout the Park. Experience the Nature Center, Bird Blind, Sempervirens Trail, Campground to the Storybook Trail. Riders will have a tally sheet to record a playing card at each stop, and at the end of the ride, the best hand will receive a $100 cash prize. Prizes will be awarded for second place and the worst hand. Registration and more information.
Join the East Coast Greenway Alliance for a conversation with Terry Landreth, longtime Greenway champion and bike shop owner in St. Marys, Georgia. Brent Buice, Georgia & South Carolina Coordinator for the Alliance, will talk with Landreth about how the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting coastal Georgia bicycle shops, parks and greenways, plus efforts to make sure all communities get the physical and mental health relief that is needed and the impact this global economic and health crisis will have on East Coast Greenway segments moving forward.
