College Park Crit (Spin the District 2023)

Sunday, April 30, 2023 marks the Speed Week Finals and our famous Bayou Block Party! See some of the nation’s fastest cyclists compete for the crown in our uniquely thrilling uphill Criterium, while you enjoy a crawfish boil, artist market, food trucks and more at our one-of-a-kind family festival.

We’re looking forward to a beautiful day in College Park. The racing is the main attraction, but there’s much more to every Spin event, including food trucks, artists’ markets, music, games, and more. You don’t need to be a cycling fan to come out and hang. The crawfish can’t tell the difference.

Did we mention there will be crawfish?

VIP crawfish experiences can be reserved in advance (watch out for more details on that). If the bugs ain’t your bag, no worries: we’ll have food trucks with other yummies to choose from, and plenty of fun activities to enjoy while we celebrate this year’s final Spin the District Criterium.

Start Location
College Park Police & Fire Department, 3720 College St, 30337, College Park, Georgia, USA

Second Annual Last Stop Loved Cupid Ride

The Last Stop Loved Cupid Ride is a police-escorted, 5-mile bicycle ride through Savannah’s Historic District to raise money and awareness for Georgia Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Relocation (GRRR). GRRR is a 501(c)(3) rescue organization that serves Savannah and the surrounding counties. Their program, Last Stop Loved finds homes and provides medical care for medically challenged senior dogs who have been abandoned or lost their owners due to death or medical reasons. The name Last Stop Loved represents a final place where these pups can find incredible love and caring as they spend their last days on earth. Money raised for Last Stop Loved will directly benefit GRRR’s efforts to care for these canning babies. Cupid-themed attire is encouraged! The event will feature a food truck, live music, and raffles to win prizes, including a free bike from Savannah On Wheels! Bikes are available for rent for the duration of the ride.
