CLASH Endurance Atlanta

Course Description: This is a unique opportunity to race on a trail that is typically limited to public use.
Athletes will begin in the main Paddock of the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta on smooth paved roads but with some short and steep climbs to help separate the field before entering the Fox Performance Trail. Final courses are still being designed but expect the most accomplished riders to complete 1 lap in approximately 45 – 50 minutes and slower riders in excess of an hour. The lap will finish with another short paved section before reentering the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.
Built by students and coaches from local Georgia Cycling Association teams and All Out Trail Designs, this course is fast and fun. This trail was built to IMBA/SORBA standards so even a 6th grader could race it. The trail features a mix of single track and machine-built flow that riders describe as “butter.” A special feature of this trail is a section called “the Bowl.” It’s a favorite part of the course and has the riders drop down into the bowl and shoot around the outside edge of it before rocketing out to continue their ride.
Prize money will be awarded to the top 3 fastest men and women in both 3 Hour and 6 Hour Solo Elite/Open categories.
