Celebrate Trails Day on the Man’O War rail-to-trail

The SouthSide Cycling Club will travel to Pine Mountain GA for our Club ride during Celebrate Trails Day on the Man’O War rail-to-trail. Celebrate Trails Day is now a National event sponsored by Rails-to-Trails —joining events, group activities and designing their own trail moments. This is an open ride for any cyclist to join.
Free Celebrate the Trails Day commemorative souvenirs to participants!
Start Point: Meet up at Chipley Cycle. Plenty of near-by street parking.
Route: Ride the rail trail 13.5 miles out and back (27 miles total).
The route will take local streets out to mile “0” and proceed south on the MoW Trail past the Calloway Country Store and through Hamiliton until dead ending at Kingsboro. Return by doubling back. This is a casual ride at your comfortable pace.
Start Point: Meet up at Chipley Cycle.
Equipment: You can ride any type of bike on this wide dedicated pedestrian & bicycle trail.
Social: Plan to go to BBQ lunch afterwards at Three Lil Pigs, 250 Main St Pine Mountain.
