10th Annual Georgia Bike Summit presented by Bike Law Georgia!

Georgia's only statewide gathering for bicycle advocates and people that want to make bicycling safer, more accessible and equitable, and better for all.

Bicycle Industry + Tourism Gathering with speakers and discussion on how to leverage the broader industry for more support for bicycling in Georgia, including a soon-to-be formed outdoor recreation coalition in our state.

Speakers include:

- George Dusenbury, Georgia State Director of the Trust for Public Land, on the outdoor recreation coalition

- Brent Buice, GA/SC Coordinator of the East Coast Greenway, on trails, tourism, and economic opportunity

- Representatives from the Youth Bike Summit 2020 Atlanta organizing team on how the industry can support getting more kids on bikes

Welcome to Atlanta Group Ride

6:00-6:30PM - meet at Woodruff Park (corner of Peachtree St and Auburn Ave) for monthly Atlanta Critical Mass with 300+ riders! Inclusive, no drop 12-15 mile long ride at 10mph pace.

Rides leaves at 6:45PM and ends at Georgia Beer Garden (420 Edgewood Ave SE)  around 8:15-8:30PM for an after party!

Opening Plenary with Dr. RenĂ©e Skeete, Nedra Deadwyler, King Williams and Darin Givens on the past, present, and future of bicycles as a part of Atlanta's transportation landscape

Midday Session on creative grassroots actions for mobility justice with:

Organizers of the DeKalb Ave Rush Hour Slow Roll + West Peachtree Human-Protected Bike/Scooter Lane and the Respect Cascade campaign 

Breakout sessions on: Older Adults and Bicycles, Safe Routes to Schools in Georgia, Impacts of Shared Mobility, Community-led Bike/Walk Audits, Bikepacking/Bikeploring, and muchmore
